I was fortunate to meet up with Mary as my trainer. There are not enough words to describe Mary. She is an amazing human and trainer. She has taught me how to workout with my limitations and got the best out of me. Each session there was something new and more limits pushed. Mary even laughs at my jokes and makes working out fun.  I would highly recommend Mary she is beyond fantastic ❤️
