Shoulder Workout!


Upper body is my calling right now with my knee injury, so here’s a shoulder workout to get your shoulders burning.


  1. Bent Over Reverse Fly

  2. Shoulder Raises

  3. Dumbbell Shoulder Press

  4. Cable Rope Face Pull

  5. Cable Internal Rotation

  6. Upright Row


**All demonstrated with instructions in my video below!**


GIRLS! Get those shoulders and build your back!!

It actually makes your frame look more hourglass⌛️

Cause it makes your waist look smaller👙


SO don’t skip out because you’re scared of getting “a bulky upper body”

Upper body strength is so important and bulkiness will not happen overnight so work towards your upper body goals!!


You can always adjust reps and weight for different results (toning, hypertrophy or weight loss)
